Call of the Wild

E-mail Print PDF

Sat 3 June 2017

Stolen from his pampered life as a house dog and shipped out to the frozen wastes of the Canadian wilderness during the gold rush of 1897, Buck must battle brutal masters, feral wolf attacks and the elements themselves as he struggles to fulfil his destiny and become leader of the pack.

Jack London’s classic adventure story, and one of the most popular books for young people of all time, is brought vividly to life in a new solo adaptation commissioned by the Greenwich Family Arts Festival, performed by David Tarkenter (The Red Barn, National Theatre; Hamlet, The Globe).
