Gomito produce new visual theatre for anyone who enjoys original stories. The company is a collaboration of performers, artists and musicians devising exciting touring theatre. Visual, physical, adventurous and uplifting this is theatre that celebrates life and takes you along for the ride.
Gomito’s relationship with Greenwich Theatre began with performances of The Sun Dragon and The Night Keeper as part of our regularly annual children’s programming. In July 2010 the relationship grew when the company collaborated with us on our London 2012 Inspire Mark project, an annual outdoor summer production which that year took the form of a magical tale called The Finders.

In April 2011 the relationship was formalised when the company became Greenwich Theatre’s first ever Associate Artists.
In May 2011 Gomito presented a development showcase of their latest production, the wordless physical comedy The Alchemystorium, as part of our inaugural EMERGING ARTISTS season. The production went on to sell out at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and received a host of rave reviews.
