ALLEGATION 21 is a court drama, set in St. Audrey’s psychiatric hospital, Suffolk. It follows Lucie’s labyrinthine struggle to protect her son from abuse and lifts the lid on the Family Court, a topsy turvy world where social workers lie under oath.

Lucie’s journey from psychosis to sanity, proceedings in the closed and secretive world of the court and a love story play out on Kestrel Ward.

Allegation 21 takes on the Family Court system, its sinister machinations and notorious code of silence, a method that has broken families and hurt generations of children.

This piece is in heightened form using 4 songs to distract and entertain so that the brutality at the end lands unexpectedly.
