An Intervention; First Look Images

First night images are in for our new, in-house production, An Intervention.

An Intervention is a gripping story about a friendship that is tested when one friend (of two) attends an anti-war protest. This activity brings the pair into uncharted waters that opens them up to feelings of betrayal and abandonment.

The play was written by Mike Bartlett and is directed by James Haddrell, Greenwich Theatre’s Artistic Director. The multi-award-winning playwright, Mike Bartlett, is a screenwriter for film and television, as well as his well-know plays that includes Scandaltown and Cock.

Actor Lauren Drennan stars as character ‘B’, whilst newcomer Helen Ramsay is character ‘A’.

The characters are described this way so that any person, of any persuasion, can play the roles.
